Arg!  I just got the dvd today and now these pictures are making me anxious for the special edition!  The HAVE to be releasing one at some point right?  With deleted scenes, commentaries, etc....  I can't imagine that they won't.  Thanks for posting these - they're great.  I love the one of Jack sitting on the truck.

those were great, I love the ones of Ennis and Jack passing the whiskey bottle, I'll tell you what, I have no problems with that mustache, none at all...  :o
‘cause the truth is, I already give him everythin’ I got to give, more than I ever even knew I had; ‘n it all for him, all of it, him who is my brother, my father, my child, my friend, my lover, my heart, my soul; my Ennis.

Oh, I'm so used to the moustache by now that it doesn't bother me in the slightest.

But, damn, those pictures...  ;D I especially loved the ones of them hugging. When, in terms of the film, do you think that was? Their last meeting together, maybe the night before they got in that big fight?

Thank you for the link. Those were sweet.

oh yeah, i was serious when i said I have no problem with it, I love that thing! LOL I think it's sexy as hell, never in my life have I ever said that about a man with a moustache...

In terms of the movie, I think that scene is the last time they meet before the big fight, because of the lawn chairs in the picture

The embrace at the lake with the towering mountain behind them is quite phenomenal. Wonder why it didn't make it into the film?  It's a powerful image.

Yeah thanks!

I think the Ennis and Jack riding pics we do actually kind of see in the film. I believe that is during the visit when Jack says "You're late!" and Ennis is like "look what I brought!"  and they cut to horses stepping on thick moss in a forest. I believe that scene was cut down and these photos were taken then.

The riding scene if from the whole deleted segment where Jack and Ennis rescue the hippies whose van went into the water.
Thank you Heath and Jake for showing us Ennis and Jack,  teaching us how much they loved one another.

I'm amazed that I don't think I've seen this thread until today! There was one shot there that I had not seen before (woo-hoo!), specifically, one showing Jack and Ennis standing beside the truck, with Jack at Ennis's right (not our right), with both boys looking down. Oh man, can't get enough of our cowboys!
