I thought she was great, too-and since then--WHAT HAS SHE DONE? Why does this happen to so many promising actors? They do a couple or one good movie--and then,,YUK!

Right to the point:

The Oscars had just been and the fact that "Crash" had won Best Piucture was being discussed. Maher said, looking sweetly into the camera, that there was one thing Brokeback Mountain had taught us:

"It's all right to come in number two."

Perhaps it isn't as funny as I think. I am a sucker for complete sentence, fully -realized puns. We have a "Zachery's Chicago Pizza" in Berkeley, and each waiter wears a red shirt with the Zen black circle on it and the message:

Make me one with everything.
