Oh gotcha.  It's okay that you didn't post one before, after you guessed one.  It's part of the new "rules."  If the winner doesn't post one in a short while, it's okay for someone else to post one.  So that's what I did.  You don't owe me anything. 

I probably won't PM you to post one for me, since it's easier to post one myself, or just leave it open.  So jump in and post one whenever you get the chance.  Like if you figure out the answer to the current one.

Wait - I need to abort this one.  I just realized that it doesn't work.  The quote was so long that the cryptogram maker wouldn't take it in one chunk.  No problem, I thought, and put it in, in two pieces.  D'UHH.  I just realized that what we have here is a sentence where the first half is cryptogrammed with one set of letter, and the last half with another set of letters.  D'OH.  I'll be back in a moment with a new puzzle.
