One of the health inspectors reviewing Jess's trading licence (a good mate of mine) has provided me with a pirate copy of Jess's proposed new menu for her snack bar. I believe these recipes are very popular in Tasmania. Not sure if they'll catch on in Indiana and Texas, though!
