Parts 33 and 34
I posted part 34 earlier, but I'm going to post it again here and delete the previous post so the whole thing flows.
Hmmm, I had never thought that researching symbolic interactions in soap opera scenes would be interesting... but perhaps that was because the emotional reality of soap opera performance is already seriously overplayed. But on some occasions, as I mentioned earlier, symbolic interactionism can reveal a depth of interplay that was not immediately visible.
We'll have to go to one of August's episodes (pre-kiss) to really look at some of the interesting things that can become visible in the second level of conscious understanding... which I think might perhaps be considered the preconscious... that level of consciousness where Freudian slips originate. (Not the subconscious.)

Some of these comments are not my original ones, and have been borrowed from another source, the original poster of this video on youtube. Actually, I guess most of them are. The ones in blue are my own observations.
Edit: The times listed are the times from the beginning of the program, so subtract that number from the total time to find the actual time stamp of occurrence.
2:24
Maddie: "With all the skeletons I have in my closet..."
Not much needs to be said here.
3:25
Maddie: "I don't really see my fairy tale ending in the future anytime soon."
(Maddie and Noah were involved in a relationship shortly after his character was first introduced to the series, although the chemistry between Luke and Noah has always been present).
The original poster thought that the use of "fairy" was noting the significance of the gay relationship.
3:53
Gwen to Maddie: "Who knows, something might surprise you..." (This is actually just poor foreshadowing on the part of the writers, although perhaps important for anyone who might have missed earlier episodes).
7:38
Noah: "The A/C at my place is a joke"
The original poster indicated that the use of AC/DC is a reference to bisexuality, with AC indicating a heterosexual relationship. Is Noah saying that his heterosexual relationship is a joke?
9:14
Noah: "Maddie's right, can it be any hotter out here?"
After a rather intense sequence of mutual admiration, this question is dripping with double meaning.
9:19
Luke: "The water will feel really good."
This is not a double en tendres, but rather a deeper symbolic reaction. In subconscious imagery, water is often associated with sexuality or sensuality.
9:25
Noah: "Who needs A/C when you have your own pond?"
(See previous notes about AC and water.)
I'm sure there is a greater depth of meaning and symbolic imagery present in the last few scenes of this episode. (The food, for example), but despite my long studies in this subject I cannot immediately recall what their importance might be. I am actually wondering if there really is any particular depth of symbolic imagery in this show, as most of what I have come across are preconscious interactions rather than subconscious.
