My work email is deluged with spam thanks to that damn HARO.  >:(  :laugh: I made one request for a source, one time, years ago, and now I'm apparently on every lifestyle PR list in the land. I get emails about the new fall lipsticks, and what to serve at a Labor Day picnic, and how to handle your children's stress over the hurricane, and what a new survey shows people think about extramarital sex, and all kinds of things I would never in a million years write about.

I've never done this myself, but isn't there a way you can "unsubscribe" from HARO?
