1) Why are your red velvet cupcakes not red? I know RVC only from this forum and tried one at the NY gathering. All were  - surprise, surprise - red!

2) You have blue toothpics? :o Blue? Damn, you really can get everything in the US when you can get blue toothpics there ;)  :laugh:.

The pic was taken under bad lighting with my cellphone.  The image is much darker, and therefore, the cupcakes look almost chocolate.  Trust me, in real life they were a deep red.
