Meryl.. did you recognise the square where your took our photo together.. they parked there to go to the pitstop.. and the side street that the pit stop was on was either the side street we had lunch on or the one next to it!!

Yes, I was looking really closely to see if I recognized places, and I definitely knew that square.  So the side street was that close to where we were?  Cool!

I'm sorry you couldn't have known they were so close by, being such a big fan.  But at least now you can go eat haggis at the Sheep's Heid and tell them you know all about TAR! 

And I totally pronounced Edinburgh the American way even while in Edinburgh til my friend Sarah finally corrected me enough times that it sank in.

OMG! How cute were thoe kids at the roadblock! I LOOOOOOVVVED them!

So far, i dont get the hate for the Fghanamilas, yes they are loud, but they seem to be having fun, and isn't that what the race is all about?

The ER doctors are just a bit too holier than thou for me.

Nice to see the TAR thread revived!  I agree about the ER doctors.  Let it go, already!  The Afghanimals are cute IMO.  Too bad their "brides" got eliminated this week; they went further than most of the blonde teams.

Hey, I'm a TAR-heel good and proper now!  Met the Fabulous Beekman Boys tonight at a cookbook signing in NYC.  They fed us, too, and it was delish!

So, what do people thing of Season 25?

I like it so far and the dentists actually went up in my estimations this week because they were humble in defeat.

I can't believ in the first epsiode they all had to ask the crowd where the first ever amazing race ended.. I was shouting at the TV. Even if you werent an uber fan surely you'd have done some research? Seems like they are visiting a lot of old places and doing similar tasks.. the punting challenge was first in Season 3 when there was a gay and straight brothers Ken & Gerard who were hilarious and kept falling in.

Wonder if that will be the final task for the $million??

Well I'm really enjoyed it, I just can't believe that it's season 25!  I'm not that surprised that they didn't know where the first race ended, I would never even think of researching that.  One of my favourite season was the one with the gorgeous (male) twins ("Twin hunt!") I can't remember which but they went to Mexico City one of myy fave cities.
