Hello M...Of course you can play too!  :)

Rain all day long... 'Twas raining cats
And dogs on this quiet plain...
Inside my little cottage, I sit alone
Near the window, counting raindrops..
Before long, colors appear in the sky
Over this soggy plain...I'm in awe as I
Watch the sky's wide upside-down smile ...

                                    Wide eyed and sweet.
he is seeing the world through our eyes
                                    Please treat him kindly,
                                    he deserves all the best.
                                    Innocent and playful,
                                    he carries the genes.
                                    Of forbears and champions
                                    on his little paws.
So love him and feed him
                                    and nurture him well.
                                    He'll always be faithful,
                                    hope you will as well.

                       Mr Goodbar
He stepped off the trolley.  Going up to where?
He had never been here before, but he is
anxious and excited full of doubt and care..
How long could he be there, how long would he stay?
He knew not the answer as he traveled  on his way.
      Time has come to begin.
His  journey of waiting is done.
He doesn't want to live his life being all alone.
Can you tell where hes is  headed?
Does it show in his outlook.
As  he walks upon the street.
Can you decipher, the one for which he looks.?

                                                                           Next...................

He used to put flowers on his rifle
where a bayonet was supposed to
be ready and sharp to take a life,
in peace time? peace man, peace

Take a beer with all your buddies until
there is a real threat for getting a real war,
until then you have many choices
Buds, Coors, and that unshakable joint.

Is he live, or is he dead.  Or just taking a break instead.  He has a smile upon his face, as he finishes, the
water tube race.  He lives to float another day, thank goodness.  He doesn't look that way.

                              Toil

I am a lucky woman, as i toil today.
Many women don't have the food enough
                       to feed their hungry families.

so while I work and make the meals
I thank all of heaven above.
For I have food, and plenty for me,
to fill the ones I love.

                                                                              next...........

Ride with me day and night,
Ride, come rain or sunlight..
Through these hills, we'll roam,
Roam, till the cows come home..
