I find myself most curious about the "number of true loves" line too... Mine says I'll have 4, which actually sounds like a lot to me.  So far I've only had one.  So, yes, definitely an intriguing prediction.  And, since it says I'll also have my heart broken 4 times... does this mean that I'll lose out on all 4 of my "true loves"? 
 

So far that's how it's gone... one "true love" = my first broken heart (a long time ago). 

However, other than this somewhat alarming part of the response, I have to say, a lot of what this prediction said felt quite accurate to me.
