They look like werewolves! I don't remember them.

As far as toys go, Big Jim was a total fox and his 'buddy' Big Josh was even cuter!

OMG!  I'm sorry, but whoever designed those two had to be gay.   8)

Isn't it funny how easily gay-subtexted stuff can float harmlessly right into the kids' market? Like, in the 70s all us kids loved the Village People. (Gay subtext? We didn't have a clue, LOL!)

Here's the fuzzy one that talks; there was a cord in his chest that you pulled.  I forget what he said.  Probably:  "Now where are Big Jim and Big Josh, anyway?  Always in that camper..."

Among the various things G.I. Joe talked about, he said: "I've got a tough assignment for you!"

Thanks, Toycoon, I can just about remember that voice.  Sometimes, it would come out warbled, like Joe had a few too many.

All right, I actually had  this thing, and played with it.  Was I gay or what?  Of course, my sister had Barbie's camper, so it's only fair.

I had the Big Jim camper too Paul! And my sister also had the Barbie camper. We used to play together and this was about the only time we actually got along with each other. lol

I wish I still had my Big Jim camper. I have no idea what happened to it. Mom probably sold it in a garage sale.
