Is it me or is the slightly dark grey backround color on the replies also a change from our earlier colors?  I don't remember seeing the grey when reading replies.

Let's see what happens if I "reply" without "quoting." Does that make a difference?

Doesn't bother me. I find both of these shades easy to read against.
