Well I,m having no luck atall trying to send anything via paypal for flowers. I clicked that I,m not a resident of the US, but in the bit where you fill in your address details, it still asks you for a state and a zip code. Well I don,t have a state because I,m not in the US, and  we have postcodes, not zip codes, although they mean the same thing. So I,m stuck. >:(

Go to www.paypal.co.uk then click sign up - ensure the UK is ticked and it will work fine.

I think this idea of Australian native flowers is excellent!!! That is truly a good suggestion and does sound so fitting for Heath. I too am wondering what kinds of flowers are native to Australia.

Interflora flowers can be ordered from anywhere on earth, no need to be in Australia. To place an order, go to their Australian site at:

http://www.interflora.com.au/default.asp

Here are some of the Australian native flower arrangements they provide. Prices range from approx AUS$80 - AUS$120:

Interflora-744

Interflora-745

Interflora-754

Interflora-757

Interflora-761

Probably their catalogue number 754 (3rd from top, above) would be the most suitable for a funeral, whereas 744 or 761 would be most suitable if being sent to Heath's family.

I'm inclined to think that 745 and 757 are probably not suitable for a bereavement.

Hey Kerry, those are absolutely gorgeous... thanks for checking this out.

What have we decided about the flowers, are we sending them to the funeral or to the family? I doubt they will make public where and when the funeral is, if they haven't by now.

In the thread he says its a link you sent/made available him.. but I went through some of your last posts so see if I could find the link and therefore the copyright details for the photo and can't - I though you might be able to shed light on which link he is talking about?  :-*

I've just found this beautiful Australian native flower wreath at the Interflora site:

Interflora-834

Go here to see it at the site:

http://www.interflora.com.au/catalogue/ProductDetail.asp?CC=AU&CATcode=834

The price is AUS$95.55 (price includes delivery cost).

Interflora advise that it is not suitable for home delivery (to a funeral only).

I'm not sure if a wreath stand is included in the cost. If not, it wouldn't cost much more to include a stand.

I'm trusting Peachy to scope that out, since she's local in Perth.  She can call florists and try to find out details from them, I hope.

We weren't talking about the photo or copyright. He was asking for updates about the memorial service held on Saturday. We were sort of cross-posting in two threads at once, so it is confusing. Sorry about that!
