Gotta say, I'm not a fan of facial hair, period. I don't like the look or the feel.

Ditto! I have to say, however, Jake's sruffy look he's got going (outside of BBM) is rather sexy. I suppose if I had the opportunity to kiss his face, I wouldn't complain. I think I could put up with the ticklishness at least once!

Jake is awesome! Both Keith and Jake are.... They'd make the most heavenly "sandwich" with me as bacon, lettuce and tomato in the middle!!!  LOL   Facial hair or no, you'd not hear me complain for an instant...      And if you're wondering how one man could be bacon, lettuce and tomato at one time...  I could be and do a whole lot more for date with either of our Brokeback heroes!  Yes, sirrreee.

I reduced the beard you see in my pic to a short goatee and connected 'stache, and asked her to set the length for my sideburns.

She left them longer that I was expecting, telling me that moustaches and long sideburns are coming back, and the national trend is directly attributed to Jake's look in Brokeback Mountain. 

Pretty cool, huh?  BBM also brought the western jeans look back into fashion...  so the movie is affecting even those who never saw it, whether they know it or not!

I can't wait to encounter a gay-hater sporting a moustache and long sideburns and being able to tell him who he is imitating!

I just saw some young celebrity wearing one like it was perfectly fashionable. And then there's Earl in My Name is Earl. Could be a trend.
