This is how I pronounce it - hopefully it is correct: Mari-bir-nong.

"mari " as in "marry" - b (hardly pronounce the 'i', certainly not the 'r') - nong

Not marry but mari when you use the sound for I rather than E.
So Mari rather than maree
So Ma-ri-bir-nong
