Breakfast was half a can of cream of chicken soup, and a cup-a-coffee.

Makes ME wanna run in and whip one up. Sounds great David. Yoplait (I think) has Key Lime yogurt, and it's darn good.

Brad

Yes - in fact, I think Yoplait's is called "Key Lime Pie" and it's delicious!

Breakfast - raisin bran and coffee

Lunch - Tuna with lemon and capers on whole wheat bread, honey crisp apple

Dinner - Probably chicken something or other

Breakfast was egg white omelette and ham.

Lunch was salad and veggie burger.

Dinner was salisbury steak, and mac & cheese.

Yesterday's supper was grilled (very garlic-ky) swordfish steaks and butternut squash cooked in butter with Brussel sprouts.
yum yum.  :)

Lunch today will be... I have no idea...perhaps a tuna sandwich.
