yumm! Are there two chairs at your table??

I had a b-fast sandwich cooked by my hubby (1 scrambled egg and slice of ham on a plain unbuttered bagel) for breakfast and a green salad for lunch (with 2 spoonfuls of cottage cheese). No dinner. I'm getting ready for the holidays.

Saturday, breakfast crepes with butter, sugar and lemon juice,Several.
Lunch, hot dog,
Dinner, crepes with ham and cheese and strawberry toaster strudel.
Oh nearly forgot, also had a crepe with banana, cream and chocolate sauce !!!

I made a lot of batter!!

Sunday,breakfast skipped,
lunch oatmeal and marshmallow cookie,
Dinner, roast ham and spanish rice, followed by I lost count of how many, walnut and shortbread cookies.
Vodka and orange juice, large.

I had to make some for the school and made some extra, which now seem to have all gone.

So if anyone feels their diet is unhealthy, check mine out and you will feel like a saint.!!

You had to make vodka and orange juice for the school? What kind of school is this?

Today, I had a breakfast burrito for breakfast.

Saturday was an interesting day. I went on a 17-mile hike. Here's what I ate: Breakfast: 6 oz of grits with a pat of butter, 12 oz. coffee. Lunch: 1/2 peanut butter and apricot jam sandwich, 1/2 banana, 12 oz water. Dinner: some almonds and prunes. Water.

Sunday I didn't eat much until the evening, when I had a 12-oz steak, mashed potatoes, broccoli, and mushrooms. However, I was only able to eat 2 bites of the steak, so I'll be eating the rest for lunch today.
