Sunday:
Breakfast - a bowl of fruity pebbles with milk and a glass of orange juice
Morning snack - 2 vicodins for my aching back from too much leaf raking.
Lunch - skipped it
Dinner - small salad with lettuce, chick peas. chopped raw carrots, chopped apples, celery, orange slices, pineapple and citrus dressing.
Late night snack - three crunched up chocolate chip cookies in a bowl with two big scoops of vanilla ice cream on top along with several generous squirts of chocolate syrup.
Monday:
Breakfast - a bowl of cocoa pebbles with milk, a glass of milk and a small glass of apple juice
Lunch - one apple and an ice cold bottle of aquafina
Dinner will probably be a small veggie pizza with lots of tomato sauce, no cheese (I'll use sour cream instead), tofu, mushrooms, brocolli, peas, onion, spinach, sliced brussel sprouts and lots of diced pineapple!
