Sunday:

Breakfast - a bowl of fruity pebbles with milk and a glass of orange juice

Morning snack - 2 vicodins for my aching back from too much leaf raking. :P

Lunch - skipped it

Dinner - small salad with lettuce, chick peas. chopped raw carrots, chopped apples, celery, orange slices, pineapple and citrus dressing.

Late night snack - three crunched up chocolate chip cookies in a bowl with two big scoops of vanilla ice cream on top along with several generous squirts of chocolate syrup. :D

Monday:

Breakfast - a bowl of cocoa pebbles with milk, a glass of milk and a small glass of apple juice

Lunch - one apple and an ice cold bottle of aquafina :D

Dinner will probably be a small veggie pizza with lots of tomato sauce, no cheese (I'll use sour cream instead), tofu, mushrooms, brocolli, peas, onion, spinach, sliced brussel sprouts and lots of diced pineapple!

Dogs have owners. Cats have staff.

Monday.

At breakfast it was cold, dark, and rainy outside. I had a cup of coffee and wheat bread toast with butter and muscadine jelly.

At lunch it was cool and sunny outside. I had mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, a biscuit, and sweet tea.

Tonite it's dark again, damp and chilly outside. I had a ham sandwich, a Vlasic dill pickle, BBQ potato chips, orange juice and coffee.

Did you skip lunch because you were conked out sleeping from the vicodins? Howz your back now? Didn't do a rake warm up, I see.  :-\ :P 8)
