I love peanut butter, but it has to be JIF.  It's the only kind I'll eat.

Yep, JIF is the only peanut butter my husband will eat, too.  I only eat it occasionally - but I'll admit that JIF is the best!  :)

Breakfast:  Raisin toast, coffee

Lunch on the run:  Apple, V-8 Juice

Dinner:  Spinach and Feta Cheese Frittata, Mixed Green Salad with Red Wine Vinaigrette

Breakfast - two hard boiled eggs, two slices of toast and a glass of milk.

Lunch - small tossed salad, a tomato with some salt on it and a glass of apple juice.

Dinner - skipped it. I wasn't hungry.

Now I'm munching on some pumpkin seeds which I baked in my oven last night. I re-warmed them in the oven and they are very good. I'll probably make another batch tomorrow. :D

I wish there was a diet that included Cheetos!  I love them, even though they turn fingers orange!

If that was all I ate all day, I'd be chewing my own arm before bed.
