I had a sausage McMuffin with egg and a large coffee (with Southern Butter Pecan flavored creamer - YUM - and lots of Splenda) for breakfast and a Lean Cuisine "chicken and pasta Alfredo" for lunch.  I'm actually making chicken parmesan and vermicelli for dinner - that'll probably be my healthiest meal by far today.

A foolish consistency is the hobgoblin of little minds, after all.  ;)

Breakfast today will probably just be a cup of coffee.

Lunch - I am thinking of getting a Vietnamese Beef Satay sub.

Supper - Don't know yet!

Breakfast - A half of a grapefruit and two slices of toast. And a glass of milk.

Lunch - tossed salad with lettuce, tomato, bell pepper, cucumber, orange sections, a little salt and some citrus dressing. And a glass of sun tea.

Now I'm drinking a cup of coffee! :D

This is a great idea for a thread, Milli!  :)

Breakfast today - a raspberry yogurt, coffee

Lunch - mixed green salad with cubed chicken and a balsamic vinaigarette

I'll have to get back to you about supper!

David, I love citrus salads - I love to throw some sliced, toasted almonds in for added crunch!  :)

I love almonds or walnuts in my salad too, but I didn't have any. I only had peanuts and so I decided against it!

  Good decision, David.  Peanuts would just be wrong, wouldn't they?

I tried a Thai salad not too long ago with the most delicious peanut dressing.  Definitely yum.  :)

Yes Marie. Peanuts would be very wrong. I can't even bear to think about it.

I'm getting ready to bake some pumpkin seeds! I coat them in garlic butter, salt and a few other spices and then I bake them in the oven! That will probably be my snack later tonight. I love pumpkin seeds! :D

I might try that sometime Milli. But I think it would depend on what I put in my salad. Peanuts and cucumbers for example doesn't sound very good. :P

It might be good with some chicken in the salad though!

What do they put in a Thai salad?

breakfast: coffee and sandwiches with jam (prunes), my kids prefer sandwiches with chocolate spread, I also had a yoghurt and an orange. The bread was fresh from our bakery. It opens at 6.30 am!

lunch: 2 cheese sandwiches

supper: my husband's paella, yummy!
