007: Quantum of Solace

...# 22 in the Bond series.

It premieres Nov 14 in North America.

Anyone here planning on checking it out?

I loved Casino Royale.  I'll definitely check out this one (opening week possibly).

Interesting!

At least, these new Bond movie do not degrade women anymore ?

The first ones did, as naming a female a P.ssy ! Remember ?

Hopefully, the news ones do upgrade now females ? And this one ?

Au revoir,
hugs!

Saw it and it was very good.  Beautifully choreographed fight scenes, special effects kept to a minimum, a quite eclectic group of scenes that kept the movie fresh and interesting, beautiful locales and a moneyshot to which I am unreasonably partial - (no not Craig in next to nothing, though am I very partial those scenes as well ;D) a vast, monochromatic barren landscape and the strange incongruity of two people in this landscape dressed in formal wear.

Like an Obsession ad.

Love it!!

I have not seen it yet, but I understand David Harbour has a part in it as Gregg Beam.

I didn't think so..well, except of course for the ridiculously passe traditional credit-rolling opener.
