Aw...thanks, meryl (is there an emoticon for blushing?)! I had fun with my Jimbo impersonation, and tell you what, Bimbo took me as much by surprise as she did poor Jimbo. Continued kudos to all involved, and special additional kisses and flowers thrown to Daniel and DeeDee, for their beautiful interpretations of our lovelorn mountain boys.

Still resting up in the green room,
Scott

Thanks to Scott and Daniel for being such good sports about Michael Jackson's, um, shall we say, socially inept clowning around during your scene.  I have no idea how any of those posts happened....  ;)

And ditto to everyting Meryl said!

Yeah, what she said.

Still don't think Bimbo's right for him.

 :o :o :o
Well, let's hope they're happy. But I still like to think that Jimbo will always have a soft spot in his weatherbeaten heart for Jack, and will be haunted by what-ifs...he'll reminisce fondly of a Wyoming cowboy everytime he glances upon the setting sun.

I knew cowboys had a good reason to stick their boots in the fire. ;D

Good comeback.

And Fuzzychanny - sorry about going on with the rodeo without you.  :( (Though I found the appearance of Michael Jackson pretty... ummm... amusing. ;D )
Watch out. That poster has a low startle point.

An attempt to translate the French into Wyomingese:

"** Can I spread some o' this pate de foie de canard sur un tranche de baquette pour toi ? **"

Want me to spread some a this duck liver on that slice a bread for you?

"**Mais bien sur. Ah.... j'aime manger sans la poussiere."

Why, sure, bud. Tell you what, it sure is nice to eat without all that dust.

"** Ah, certainement Las Vegas, mon ami! **"

Oh, got a be Vegas, friend.

"**MAIS WYOMING EST SI PLEIN DE POUSSIERE, IL N'EST PAS COMIQUE!! **"

But Wyoming sure is dusty, and I ain't jokin.

"Non, il n'y a pas de fromage pour vous. Asseyez-vous."

No, we ain't got any cheese for you. Sit your ass down there, bud.

"Il se pouleche les babines, comme il n'a jamais mange."

He's lickin his lips like he ain't never eaten.

"** Hey, young fella, eat my poussiere !! **"

Eat my dust!

(Or at least, I think that's what the French meant...)

BRAVA, Mel!  Great job at translating!  ;D    And Daniel's subtitles are the greatest!

Right in line with Lureen's big entrance.........................//////////don't even!                             So anyhooo, Lureen is in da tent!
