It's a joined work by Meryl and me.
The idea of juxtaposting movie DE and Rodney and Adam is from Meryl. Choosing the pics and bringing them into the correct form is by me.

I would like to thank our dear friends Mouk and Lauragigs for their artistic endeavors--Mouk slogging through snowy Canmore to snap a breath-taking photo of Campsite 2, laying flowers and a card at the site of the dozy embrace; Laura composing a gorgeous montage with a contemplative photo of our Heath.
