Thanks for the concern everyone! The damn phone was out for 11 days!
It's pretty unbelievable isn't it? I still can't believe it. It was a combination of a shitty phone company, poor communications between the phone company and At&T, a much needed part that took them over a week to figure out, and lots of BAD luck!
The part was called a CFA (Customer Facility Assignment) and WE thought the tech would be showing up here this morning to install it, but it turns out the phone company needed it and they installed it there because a tech never showed up here and now the phone is working.
