OMG.  He IS a god!  Gorgeous gorgeous gorgeous.

Victoria looks fine.  Can't imagine though why a woman 7 months pregnant would wear such towering heels.  Scary.

Just because we can't let it go--
(who had to sit immediately behind
Beatrice? How annoying was that?! )

That blue dress, looks like someone pinned the hem up and some of the pins fell out......

Earl Spencer looks terrible--
and he is ten years younger
than me!!  :o
But--
look at his 17 year-old son
(The Honourable Louis Frederick John Spencer,
Viscount Althorp
) -- woah. Two of his
daughters, twins, are not bad looking either!

And who is that under the hat?

The Mysterious Lady is....Karen Gordon, the most  recently betrothed of Earl Spencer (he broke off another engagement in September) :

Charles Spencer, brother of the late Diana, Princess of Wales, poses with his fiance Karen Gordon, a Canadian philanthropist, in their official engagement photo released in London Tuesday.

Gordon, 38, is the founder and CEO of Whole Child International, a California-based non-profit group that works to improve the quality of care in orphanages around the world.
