I think the writers could have missed a great opportunity at the Ending. I always thought Alma jr coming over Telling her Father she was getting married by herself was strange. What If Kurt was with her and he was the spitting image of a very young Jack Twist, they meet and Kurt has that little,... Jack Twist twinkle in his eye and Ennis wondered if he had the "tendency" also or was it a coincidence he resembled Jack or was there something more at work here ?? Jack I swear!
