I was thinking that New York and New Jersey made talking on the cell phone while driving illegal two or three years ago unless you were using a speakerphone or something else hands free. Is that not the case Chuck?

Jack, yes, you are not allowed to be driving while holding the cell, but people do it anyway. Annoys the shit out of me.
