Welcome back to Monday, and the last day of summer!
Hope that everyone had a great weekend!  I know I did.  

I've completed 4 weeks on my diet.  Lost a total of 12 pounds.  Didn't lose anything this past week, however, I had two bbqs to go to, which meant being off the diet both exercise and food wise.
However, I didn't gain anything either, so that's a good thing!  I'm sure I'll rebound back to losing this week.
