Lumière:
This is based on a little poem I wrote a while back .. called:

Through a boy's eyes

He lay there all through the night
Lifeless and sagging in that little ditch.
Dried blood stuck to his many wounds
It was like a bad dream, a horrid sight ..

A little boy barely passed the age of nine
Stood there and took in the sight, the stench.
He felt his old man's hand grip his neck
His heart raced, as chills descended his spine.

That little boy grew up to be a young man
Yet some nights when he'd shut his eyes to sleep
He'd see that shell of a body decaying in the ditch
Abandoned and forgotten on that barren piece of land.

He didn't think he'd ever forget what his old man had said:
"Son, see the ol' fool lying there?  He was a disgustin' queer ..
Destined for hell fire .. his death is less painful than what awaits him .."
Ennis shuddered as he recalled the words, tears flowing quietly as he lay in bed ..

Aguirre said and now he freezes his ass off on the mountain.
Fire  -
warm and cozy, with Ennis sitting across him, drinking, sharing his sad story
Fire  -
dies down, brings Ennis to him
Fire -
of passion, Ennis's and his
Camp fires -
countless
Fire -
BBQ with Lureen, the fire not half as warm as on a cold mountain
Fire -
adding fuel to the fire of short leashes and coffepot travels
Fire -
in a crematory, finally consuming him whole
