I was busy preparing my supper - just a salad (but with celery, green peper, yelloe peper, garden green onion, cucumber, tomato, peas and egg). Had a proteen filled lunch (baked beans) with 3 slices a bread.

Been doin a good job a stayin away from carbs fer supper lately (except fer desert of course!)

sounds like a great salad...I like to eat salads for lunch they don't feel so heavy when it is so hot out
