Slow day - not much happened. Rain was intermittent so I got to widen (not enough) the flowerbed closest to the sidewalk. Bought a few annuals and planted em in the main flowerbed at sunset, got a haircut and slept a lot!

I don't take pictures a myself - last pictures a me Bryan took em last summer.

Boys need to calm down? Why? Calm down from what? The high one gets from eating watermelon? I don't get you texans!!

they are setting off fireworks and trying to see who can get hurt first!!

They are getting on my nerves! I like to see the professional displays...but this do it yourself is not my fave!

I've never put out fireworks.

From my vantage point, you can see, just barely above the houses, private and public firework displays and in all directions, far away there's always some sparkles. Not that int'rested in em anymore. On Canada Day,I went out on the stoop for about a minute and got bored, even though there was a non-stop stream of em to my right (at least 5 explosions in the sky at any given moment). Guess I'm all jaded now!
