Glad to hear that Hannah returned safe and sound.   As my mom constantly reminds me,  a mother never stops worrying no matter how old their kids get.

OMG!!!

I called work this morning to ask a question and they told me that they are switching my hours to the 10 AM - 6:30 PM shift while I finish training! 

YAY!   No more waking up at 2 AM for the 4 AM shift!     I can sleep normal hours!
I don't have to go to bed at 6 PM tonight!

OK,  I'm trying to get used to this new schedule.   Here it is 5:30 AM and I'm wide awake.     Still, that is far better than the 1:45 AM I was getting up at for work.   

Now I've got time to visit BetterMost in the morning!  YAY!

    Funny thing is, I didn't immeadiately think of BBM at that comment.

    I quickly thought of the movie "40 days and 40 nights" with Josh Hartnet.   He tries to avoid sex by going to do his laundry (at the local laundromat) frequently!   

   My god, have I finally gotten BBM out of the forefront of my mind ?   

Surely not! Shame on you David! and leslie.. how was Hannah's trip?

Monday morning, a bit cloudy and overcast but not too cold, although I definitely feel like fall has arrived in Maine. We are having a very poor foliage year, according to the experts. Way up north the leaves are good, but around us they aren't too exciting.

Tuesday morning, looks to be a nice day. 40 degrees right now and I am still using the outdoor shower.

Good morning Leslie and all!

     It is still dark out, but when I opened the door to get the newspaper it felt pretty warm out.    It is supposed to get up to 80*F  here today!

     Despite my new works hours, I still end up waking around 5 am.  Still, thats better than 2am!     

    I've been watching the X-men movies on TV this week.   Hugh Jackman is certainly very yummy if you can look past the hair and make up.     I'd love to see him star in the Laramie Sagas with Heath!     Image the love scenes!
