Todays TSA Travel Tip!
Travel tip #2  :  Wear socks!   The floors are cold and shoe removal is mandatory now.

And you don't know whose feet were on that floor before you. ...  ;D  ;)

OMG I made 40 posts yesterday! That's what a blizzard will do to you!

Snow report--We topped out with about 36 inches at my Front Range home when the blizzard ended about 2 p.m. There was also about 3 feet of new powder on the Continental Divide resorts, including Copper Mountain, where my men enjoyed 6 hours of skiing yesterday. They went up to the top of the ski lifts and then took a puma lift up to the very very top, called Storm King Peak, and just as they arrived, the Back Bowls were opened up so they "broke em in." Heavenly skiing, if you don't get stomped gettin there!!

I posted some snow pics on Holiday Scenes--Inside and on Anything Goes under "Snow Coming to Higher Elevations."

Hey Lee,

NPR kept referring to "the Front Range" yesterday.  You're famous!
Be careful out there.

To all:

Happy Holidays!

For the past three years, I have been working as the 3rd author on a medical/surgical nursing textbook. There were many times I said to myself, why on earth did I get myself into this project? Well, it was worth it yesterday when the finished product arrived in my office. This book weighs 11.5 pounds, has 2600+ pages, and is 4-5 inches thick. It is really something.

When I can find a camera, I'll take a picture of it for you. Meanwhile, here is the dedication. Can anyone figure it out?

L

(PS, David, don't tell. I think you know already!)

Leslie, you have told us the meaning of your dedication before, I think it's great that you dedicate this to them.
