OH NO.  Poor you, David! I guess you already know, you'll be more sore tomorrow than you are today. Vicodins? Good! Maybe a hot soak, too. Glad your head and neck are okay!

What does that mean....."offer it up"?

Oh my gosh David...I am soo sorry .  I know about falling.  You dont realize sometimes when it
happens how bad you are hurt...Try and not stress your body any more than necessary...
And I know its probably too late now...But any time something like that happens....Ice it immediately....
first day....every hour for fifteen mins.. second day alternate with heat.... :-* :-*    hugs............

vile oppressors, I once again induced myself to vomit
on their favorite chair...must try this on their bed.

My cat does that to me too!! He did it to me just the other day. And Cody has also brought me "gifts" before, including vomiting a partially digested dead fish on my bed spread!  :P

Thanks Janice!! I did put some ice on it, but not until about an hour after it happened. And I only did it once. Maybe I should do it some more? My roommate Cory is a nurse, and he will be taking a look at me after work tomorrow. He told me to do the very same thing you just did. It's uncomfortable putting ice against my back, but I'll go do it again. :)

Alex just discovered "Sanford and Son". We're watching it on TVLand right now. He's laughing so hard he can hardly breathe. He likes Aunt Esther (LaWanda Page).

Actually Sanford and Son is based on the British comedy "Steptoe and Son" which is why I find it strange my British boyfriend from London finds this show so funny. :-\  The British consider Sanford and Son a rip off, and I agree with them. But my boyfriend (for some strange reason) finds this show very funny.

I never did like this show very much. What do you think?

Weird, isn't it?
