Hiya BetterMost friends.

Happy Friday everyone! Hope you're all well!

quiet in the office at the moment, but I don't expect that to last. New boss (Tim) has graced us with bagels for breakfast. Since I've already eaten, I took one and I'm saving it for lunch.

No big plans for the weekend, just to sleep in a bit, clean the apartment, and get other things done. Of course, lunch with the parents on Sunday.

Thanks for the help about the blog. FR sent me to the site which has info about this.
I just realized I wrote that Jeff's was the only blog I had posted too. I forgot that I posted here a few times about tattoos. As I recall I dubbed you BetterMost's resident muscle bear. You shyly denied it, but from what I see on the picture you used to start your blog you look like one to me. You must have been amused by my postings to W. Rambles obsessing about the muscle bezrs in Thailand.

Unfortunately, I went from MuscleBear to just "Bear". I've refocused my efforts and am exercising regularly now, so I hope to be back to "muscle" form soon.

I have been on a "You Bet Your Life" kick lately, I just love those innocent screaming technopunks telling their stories.

This one is real good, check out 1) How the Beauty Queen is treated and 2) What the Danish guy has to say at 8:34, you'll have to listen to his story to understand the relevance.
