Well, I won't be going out to a bar, but it will be a busy weekend for me.

Laundry must be done tonight, I have some chores to be done tomorrow, and then Sunday is the bowling league's winter party.

I can see going to a crowded bar and just socializing with the people you went with -- many times you go to the bar for that very purpose!

But the party thing is different. I have friends who throw a big party every October. They have friends from several different places -- work, high school, etc. And the groups hardly mingle! I'm as guilty as anyone. I'm one of the high school friends, and after all these years of annual get-togethers I barely know the work friends.

Hiya BetterMost friends!




Hope everyone is doing well today!   It's sunny & 61, so I have my windows opened and letting the fresh air into the apartment.

Laundry got done yesterday evening, some chores are done today,  still need to do some cleaning around the apartment, did manage to get the Valentines Day stuff down too.  Now, I'm relaxing and watching figure skating on TV, it's the Four Continents Championships.

Tomorrow is the bowling league's winter party, so that should be fun.

Don't we all show up to work on Mondays?  I mean, I can't envision tons of empty desks on a Monday, with people opting to stay home instead of go to work.

The bowling party was fun last night, good food, dancing, some drinks, and I won $100.00 in a raffle!  :)
