Hope you all had a great weekend, and that all is good for you!

Weekends fly by too quickly is all I have to say!

Tell him when l come up to him and ask to play the record, l'm gonna say: ''Voulez-vous jouer ce disque?''
'Voulez-vous, will you kiss my dick?'
Will you play my record? One-track mind!

speaking of jobs. I have a friend that manages a chain store. The DM has been riding them constantly, one week it is sales have to get up...it is their number one priority. the next they dont' care about sales, membership cards are the number one priority....the 'priority' changes from day to day and the threat is always, "or we'll fire you"

well last week they came in and didn't like how the store looked, gave him a list of things to fix, told him he had a week to complete them ALL or they were firing everyone in the store. and then cut his budget and sent all his employees home.

let's all be happy we are not working for this company. I would be soooo motivated...

Some people have to put up with some terrible conditions and intimidation in their jobs.

I used to work for a credit union, where they offered cheaper interest to staff on home loans, so many people had their mortgage with them.

Many of them suffered terrible intimidation at times, always getting reminded of how much they would have to pay on mortgage repayments if they did not have the credit union loan. Some people put up with anything so they would not lose their job, and that added benefit. And that was in far better economic times, it must be far worse now.

Whew!  it's a little on the warm side today!  I wanted to get some extra exercise in, so I changed shirts (I have a spare t-shirt at work) and walked down to the branch and back.  Two miles.

Damn....I'm drenched in sweat.  Thank God I've got the spare clothes.
