Well, the sun never came out, but we still had the bbq, and it was a lot of fun.

I had been to a Labor Day bbq that was cool, but this one just had a more "end of summer" feel to it.

There was good food, and since there were young kids there, they had sparklers and glow sticks, and a fire pit to roast marshmallow in.

It really felt like an "end of summer" bbq.

I hope that everyone is having a great weekend!

It's been a beautiful sunny Sunday here in NJ.

I got back into my diet and exercise routine.  I exercised yesterday, but the BBQ had food that was definitely not on my diet.

 :laugh:

Today I had a very very light breakfast.  Lunch was a small salad with salmon.  I'm making dinner now.  Filet of sole stuffed with scallops and crab meat.  Small salad on the side.  Some melba toast.

I also laid out in the sun today for about an hour to get some more color on my tan.  I hope to do that next weekend too.

hope that everyone is well!

No new weight lost this week.  However, no weight gained either.  And since I went off my diet Saturday for an almost all day bbq, I'm happy with that result!
