Good morning from cranky Chuck today!

I have a half day at work, I'm leaving at noon.  So rather than waste the day, I made an appoinment to have my yearly physical.

The appointment is for 1pm, and since there are blood tests, that means I can't eat for 8 hours before the test.  The last time I ate was 10 pm last night.  I'm hungry!

My appoinment is at 1, so I figure by the time I get home to eat, it will be 2pm.

That's exactly why I always schedule my physical for as early as possible in the morning. Having to "fast" for blood work is a bitch.  :(

physcial went well......ears, throat, glands, blood pressure and every thing else was fine.

Blood test results will be given to me on Monday or Tuesday.  ;D
