breakfast - brown rice with some blue cheese melted in
lunch - pho
dinner - tuna sandwich and a pear
evening - ice cream

Breakfast  Muesli and pears
Lunch      brown bread and honey
Dinner     pita bread slices and hummus (okay I confess I sneaked a few slices of chicken) ::)
snack      brazil nuts

drinks      coffee x 4 (thats a reduction believe it or not) :o
              pineapple and passionfruit juice

Do i Like the new diet food - nooooooooooo
Am I still hungry yup I could eat a horse ... actually the whole stable at the moment  :laugh: :laugh:

lunch - frozen dinner - three cheese ziti marinara

dinner - black bean chili and sweet potato casserole

Breakfast was Cheerios.

Lunch was yogurt with fresh fruit.

Dinner was some meatloaf and potatos.


Tell him when l come up to him and ask to play the record, l'm gonna say: ''Voulez-vous jouer ce disque?''

Breakfast: Corn Chex with skim milk, banana, and fresh cherries, coffee

Lunch: Tomato soup, coffee (that gave me heartburn)  :(

Dinner: Bowtie pasta and Emeril tomato sauce, coffee with Bailey's, vanilla wafers

The new diet took a back seat

Breakie         Coffee
Lunch           Pita bread filled with lots of chicken, salt and pepper
Dinner          MACKERS!!!!!! the new crispy chicken burger, fries (extra salt) sprite and to finish a chocolate sunday

Oh, that sounds good - and easy! 

Breakfast - 1/2 pink grapefruit, 1 slice apple cranberry toast

Lunch - Leftover stuffed shells (ricotta and parmesan cheeses and spinach for the stuffing) with marinara sauce

Dinner - ?

Breakfast - two blueberry poptarts and a cup of coffee. :P

Lunch - bowl of clam chowder and a small salad.

Dinner - Black Angus strip steak topped with a bourbon peppercorn sauce, baked potato, stir fried vegetables and a glass of iced tea! :D

That sounds great! I had a good dinner too. :)

Breakfast-cereal, fruit, coffee
Lunch-Baked potato (plain, because the people did not put in my sour cream and chives), tea
Dinner-Fresh salmon grilled on a cedar plank, salad, cheesy brocoli casserole, coffee, water (I ate at O'Charley's--it was delicious!--the salmon was grilled perfectly.) **I forgot the hot cross buns and butter! They took the place of dessert.  :)
