Breakfast - mixed berry yogurt, rye toast

Lunch - leftover white chili, corn muffin

Dinner - Probably some kind of grilled chicken breasts, some kind of salad ....

**I forgot the hot cross buns and butter! They took the place of dessert.  :)

After the holidays, I'm tired of sweets, so that sounds like a perfect "dessert" to me!

Breakfast was Cheerios.

Lunch was salad and lean cuisine.

Dinner was chicken and rice.

'Voulez-vous, will you kiss my dick?'
Will you play my record? One-track mind!

Thursday supper: Fried Lebanon bologna sandwhich with melted cheese, brown rice, salad.

Friday supper (planned): I'll stick with beans!  ;D  And a salad, too.

I made jambalaya last night. Man it was good! I don't know what I'll make tonight.

Jeff, what is Lebanon bologna? I don't think I've ever heard of it.

Remember to eat breakfast like an emperor. Eat lunch like a grand duke. And, eat supper like a peasant.
