Been doing that thing with the pillow that Jenny suggested and the heat in my hands was amazing! Hoping that was healing love and energy winging its way to you Chris. You have MUCH more to do on this earth and it ain't your time... love is the best medicine and you've got that by the bucketload... x

Oh my god! I can't believe I didn't know about this: right that is it I am staying home and watching the page 24/7 from now on so no big BM news happens while I am away. I can't believe it Chris.
