Seems I'm even more of a libertarian (and a lefty) than you are, according to this limiting test.

Would have been better to be able to have left some answers blanc - those for which I had no opinion.

Economic Left/Right: -6.38
Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: -5.69

I don't think the same questions/results/outlook would have happened if it had been created by someone from a country that isn't as right wing as the good ol ... you know ... like just about anywhere else in the western world.

I found this 'chart' interesting.

Of the recent leaders charted here, our own 'Conservative' Stephen Harper is positioned nearest the centre (with Australia's Rudd & Germany's Merkel being the exceptions) - even though he represents only about 40% of Canadians. All the other parties (and party leaders) from Canada offer a more left/libertarian agenda than the Conservatives, and would likely end up near or in the lower left hand quadrant.

Tell him when l come up to him and ask to play the record, l'm gonna say: ''Voulez-vous jouer ce disque?''
'Voulez-vous, will you kiss my dick?'
Will you play my record? One-track mind!

I'm one square away from being dead center!!!

Who are they expecting to take this test?

One of the questions starts off

"Our race..."

Whose race are they talking about?

Natch, whatever race you are from. If you are black, than that's your race. If you're native, that's your race. But of course those are not the 'races' most people taking this test are likely to be all about. This test is mostly for the whites, who make up the majority of 'mericans.

Hmmm, OK.  But I get the feeling it's either a very leading question - expecting a sort of prejudicial/PC response - or they really mean culture or society.
