I've never heard of dog being used that way either, but piggy has been used to refer to children's toes.

There's an expression:  "my dogs are tired" referring to one's feet.

I see. So it did make sense after all.

I worked briefly at Macy's and my department manager, who spent all day on her feet walking around, always wore 4"-5" heels. I wondered how she could do that, and finally someone else asked her and she admitted that "at the end of the day, these dogs are tired."

I was thwarted by the Muppets (like Paul, I guessed the category but kept guessing PIGGY) as well as by the foot and hand slang. I had to stop and think for a moment to figure out what each one means in that context. And I don't think of "digit" as slang. Merriam Webster doesn't call it slang.

I have to be honest, after I got the green and yellow options, I kept looking at what was remaining, and had no clue.  I randomly picked 4 words to see if I could get some sort of idea of what grouped, and by luck guessed the purple line, but had no idea of what the group was until the game revealed it.

Blue row was the last four choices, and I would've never got that grouping.
