Does he know that you took that photo of him Br. Patrick ?

May I ask... Br. Patrick.

Au revoir,
hugs!

No, I just took the pictures.  After all, the event was MADE for photo's and lots of people were taking pictures.   It had people in all kinds of old time clothes.   I took another one of him when he was passing by me but the light was too dark - so he easily saw that I was taking pictures.  I'm sure he didn't mind.

Wow, that is alful. Reminds me of that song from Donnie Darko.

People come into this life like one of those fountains in Las Vegas that shoots a stream of water out of a pool, it flies thru the air completely seperate, collecting the carbon, the gnats, the desert dust, and dives back into the pool. It is like our souls in this world, we are born all happy and clean and the crap we pick up along the way turns us into something else.

I agree that Mary Beth is the one missing out by denying herself friendship with a wonderful man.  Too often stupid things get in the way of what should be simple, love, acceptance, ease... sad when that happens for whatever reasons - missed opportunities abound.

Truman - I like the Vegas fountain metaphor.  It seems to me that could be a reason BBM resonates the way it does - somehow the catharsis (insert better word) provides a purging of life pollution, somehow taking us back to the more pure earlier years.

If the Spirit moves me, the next time I see her..  I will tenderly approach the subject.   I STILL love her after all...  I pray for all my loved ones everyday - that means you all too~!

& Catharsis is the Perfect word.

That sounds like, well, if you are around their kids, THEY will become gay TOO~!~!

DUH

Love your neighbor, but keep your distance.  They are not mutually exclusive.

Merci Br. Patrick !

We tried to befriend them, but they will not by their choice be good neighbours at all, unfortunately!

What would you do if they sent 14 policemen to you in a month ? For nothing ?

Because, you are gay, likely, it seems now !

Au revoir,
hugs!

Why do you think that you seem so prone to gay-bashing?   It seems to happen to you more than anyone I've ever known.

No reply needed.. just a thought  :-\
