Hello Bettermost friends!





I hope that everyone had a great Memorial Day weekend!  I went out to dinner in NYC on Friday, meeting up with Oregon Doggie and BayCityJohn, and then out for drinks afterwards.

Saturday I baked cupcakes and went to a BBQ in the Bronx, it was good to hang out with friends and reconnect.  Sunday was another BBQ, and then an early dinner on Monday evening.

Why the pic of the fire?  Well, got to work this morning and found out that the air conditioning is out, and has been out ALL WEEKEND.

The current temp on your floor is (looks at thermometer in cube) 90 degrees!  :o

The air conditioning repair people are here, but only God knows how long before the air will kick in.

Just got word that some higher-ups in the company are going to be here tomorrow, so that means I have to "De-Brokie" my cube today.

My bank has a standard of "one to two" personal pics in your cube.  My cube overfloweth with Brokie pics, and the magnets of all my travels, so I'm spending part of today cleaning out the cube for tomorrow, and then on Wednesday I can put them back.

Air conditioner is working today, thank God!  I'd hate to be here in a shirt and tie and be all sweaty and stinky!
