I think it's just the way he walks. If you watch paparazzi videos of him, you'll notice he often walks that way even when he's not acting.

Me too.  Also an element of trying to control how fast he got the hell out of there - slow enough to not call anymore attention to himself, but as fast as possible beyond that so he could get away if they were going to bash him.   :-\
