I'm thinking the two turn rule suspension applies after the "X" as well as before?

"A" is for The Anniversary (1968)

Sorry but I'm jumping the gun.  It's complete anarchy here this morning, lol!

I'm afraid 1968 was not a good year for movies starting with "A"...  This camp 'classic' is the best I could find although I think it's an absolutely awful film.

"D" is for Diabolik
« Reply #1096 on: November 04, 2007, 11:16:03 am »
This plot summary on IMDb is pretty funny:
In psychedelic swinging 60s style, the dreaded thief (and killer) Diabolik wreaks havoc on a generic European country for his own financial gain and amusement. He shares an extravagant underground lair (and a giant bed of money) with his curvaceous, superficial girlfriend...who uses her awesome powers of wig-wearing to help Diabolik kill innocent people and steal billions from the government. Nonetheless, Diabolik is the "hero" of the film because he must face off against bumbling cops and revenge-seeking mafiosos.

John Waters' first 16mm film, about a deranged nanny who kidnaps young girls and forces them to 'model themselves to death' in front of her boyfriend and their crazed friends. It was never shown commercially. It stars Divine as "Jacqueline Kennedy" and was filmed in Waters' parents' back yard.
