Happy Easter, Jeff!
Enjoy the time, hopefully with spring weather.
Thank you, Sweetie!
Weather-wise, it's been quite a weekend. Where I was, Good Friday was cold, damp, and rainy, and I got chilled to the marrow when my dad and I took flowers to the graves of my mother and my grandparents.
Saturday was kind of "transitional," and Easter Sunday has been downright summery.
This late in the season, most of the daffodils and hyacinths are "done," but some are still blooming, and the tulips seemed to be at their peak.
Also, the dogwoods are coming into bloom (there are three dogwoods on my dad's place, a pink one by the front porch, and two white ones in the backyard) and there were wild violets and wild strawberries blooming in the lawn in my dad's backyard.
I saw robins gathering grasses to build nests
but no sign of the Easter rabbit.
