Okay, so I came here to tell you I am so obsessed with this movie, that using the satellite feature of google maps I think Zach and Jeanne's house is at the corner of North Palos Verdes Street and West O'Farrell Street in San Pedro.

And maybe you know the answer to this question. How did Zach's sketchbook/portfolio end up at the beach house? Still haven't figured that out.

And maybe you know the answer to this question. How did Zach's sketchbook/portfolio end up at the beach house? Still haven't figured that out. 

I can't figure that one out either, maybe he brought it with him, but why? He would have to have brought it with him that morning, which is understandable, he could have had it in the car, but how it got to the patio I don't know.
